2. Data We Collect
We collect account credentials, training documents (PDFs, URLs), live chat conversation logs for your inbox, and contact lead entries submitted voluntarily by website visitors. Payments are currently disabled. When enabled, card details are submitted to the payment processor rather than stored by this application.
3. Zero Data Selling
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your proprietary customer data. Accounts have separate knowledge and conversation records. Relevant source extracts and messages are sent to the selected AI provider to generate a response; provider data policies apply.
4. Data Encryption & Security
Public deployment requires HTTPS. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, authentication secrets are encrypted, and account access checks and usage limits protect application data.
