1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to SmartFlow AI. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SmartFlow AI concerning your access to and use of our SaaS platform, embeddable chat widgets, and developer APIs.
By registering an account or activating any subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
SmartFlow AI provides subscription-based software services. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled through your dashboard prior to the renewal date. All pricing is billed in USD.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our AI services for fraudulent activities, distributing harmful content, prompt injection exploits, or spamming. Violation of fair use policies may result in immediate account termination.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Data
You retain full ownership of all documents, URLs, and knowledge base data you upload. We do not sell your data. Relevant messages and source extracts are sent to AI providers to generate responses under their data policies.
